We are looking for a: Plant Manager
This position requires a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills. The analysis and reporting must be performed daily to support the business in decision making.
Location: Guadalajara, Jal.
Duties and responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, coordinate, analyze, estimate and ensure the performance of the company to meet the organization's objectives and customer satisfaction.

Has responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of the company, oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsible for effectively planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and making decisions to achieve desirable profitability results for the organization.
Leads and directs the operations of the business, including finance and customer service, ensures that the business runs efficiently and effectively and meets the needs of its customers, develops strategies and tactics to increase revenues and profits, manages the budget and expenses of the business, oversees the hiring and firing of personnel, maintains good relationships with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications, Experience, Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as plant manager
- AAR knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the railroad industry desirable
- Strong leadership skills
