Job Description:The HPE Partner Project Manager works across the Partner Experience and PRM Platform team to project the execution roadmap to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap and Global Method.
The HPE Partner Project Manager will:- Drive Evolutions, Planning per Project Phases , Experience improvements, DQ aspects, Success Metrics tracking
- Coordinate the project delivery , roadmap delivery and overall execution planning
- Ensure proper stakeholders and SMEs are involved and feedbacks captured
- Ensure risks and dependencies are tracked and tackled
- Ensure sponsors/executive asks are listed and addressed
- Manages and leads PRM program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the development and implementation process for PRM
- Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
- Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
- Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal SMEs and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
- Leads and provides guidance as need for achieving the program goals.
- Gathers requirements, documents and organizes testing schedules, production move schedules in line with HPE IT release calendars
- Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring as well as risk assessment and change management according to defined governance methods and standard processes.
- Define and monitor all success on critical indicators and core characteristics for costs, requirements, resources and risks
- Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
Education and Experience Required: - University degree, post degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer and partners problems.
- At least 5 years previous experience in program management and driving cross functional /transformational programs
- At least 5 years previous Project Management experience , PMP can be a plus
