We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring successful delivery. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Project Execution: Impart a constant sense of urgency to the team to meet task deadlines, managing project timelines.

? Team Coordination: Identify and link critical information across functional areas.

Assemble and lead the project team through meetings, emails, or calls depending on the urgency.

Assign tasks based on team members' skills and experience. Promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and eliminate obstacles.

? Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and objectives. Work with functional department leaders to develop detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

? Communication and Engagement: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. Provide appropriate updates to various levels of the company (e.g., executives, senior management, department heads, managers, team members). Respond promptly to inquiries and adapt project scope and resources as needed, based on feedback.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Performance Monitoring: Track and drive progress to ensure the team achieves key milestones and deliverables.

Process Control: Develop processes that ensure optimal project execution and meet agreed-upon standards that satisfy client requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

? Education and Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

? Direct experience leading project lifecycles from start to finish.

? Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholders.

? Good communication skills with stakeholders.

? Conflict resolution and resource management.

? Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

? Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: Valid driver's license.
