Key Responsibilities

SAP Practice Management

Lead and grow the SAP practice, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand SAP service offerings and capabilities.

Manage the budget, resources, and delivery plans for SAP projects.

Client Management & Sales

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.

Drive the sales process, from lead generation to closure, including managing client visits and presentations.

Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential SAP accounts.

Delivery & Operations

Oversee SAP project implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards in SAP service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP offerings and provide innovative solutions.

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants and specialists.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Develop training and career growth plans to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive SAP experience, with expertise in managing SAP accounts and projects.

Proven track record in sales and business development within an SAP consulting environment.

Strong consulting background, preferably from companies like Accenture, PwC, Softek, or leading Indian consulting firms.

Experience in managing and scaling an SAP practice, including financial planning and operations.

Ability to understand and drive sales strategies, client negotiations, and business growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
