Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, maintaining, and analyzing data in support of the functions within the Customer Service and Supply Chain organization. In this role you will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT and external customers to ensure efficient electronic communication. This is an excellent entry level job to learn about business analytics, process improvement, and the Order to Cash process. At Parker, you will cultivate a strong culture by participating in High Performance Teams and operating in a LEAN environment.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, technical business administration, or related field preferred but not required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' of customer service and problem-solving skills required.

IV. Essential job duties and responsibilities
Support in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects as directed by manager.
Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects and ensure seamless and efficient electronic communication between the organization and its customers/partners. Including training of customer service team.
Support implementation of customer portals; administration, monitoring, and training.
Support conversion of the CRM system to Salesforce including training.
Support MyParker/PHconnect administration and training for internal and external users.
Support in the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards to present appropriate data in a concise way.
Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of relevant master data (including customer master, BOMs, routing guides, lead times) to support customer service and supply chain processes.
Maintain OEC/Salesforce Robotic Process Automation.
Proactively review processes and analyze data to identify opportunities and/or problems. Recommend actions for improvement.
Stay up to date on IT trends, including AI and RPA, to identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
