Description
The HR Manager plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate administrators.
Role Responsibilities and Scope
· All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
· Ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
· Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
· Conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
· Participates in safety committee, conducts facility walk-through's identifying safety issues.
· Works with management and senior HR in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
· Ensures plant is FLSA compliant.
· Assists management in union avoidance activities.
· Conducts training when requested.
· Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
· Leads monthly “Listening Sessions” with employees.
Requirements and qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Psychology or any related field (preferred).
· Advanced English Level (Must)
· Experience of 3 to 5 years of working with a similar HR role in a Manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience handling relations with Union labors.
· Knowledge in Oracle, Cronos or any similar Talent Management System.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.
· In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.
· Availability to work at Soyaniquilpan de Juarez in Estado de Mexico.

· Excellent interpersonal, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and good business judgment.
· Ability to delivery effective and professional presentation to peers, management and other professionals within our field.
