Important leading company in its field is looking for a HR Generalist - Training Focus
Position Objective
Manage and coordinate key Human Resources processes, with a special focus on training and talent development for both operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with training strategies that drive employee growth and organizational performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Training and Development of Administrative and Operational Staff:
- Development of training materials
- Compliance with STPS (Mexican Ministry of Labor) training regulations
- Safekeeping, updating, and monitoring of training-related documents
- Development and implementation of the company's general induction program
- Recruitment and Selection
- Personnel Administration
- Performance Evaluation and Organizational Development for Administrative and Operational Staff
- Labor Relations – Considering LFT (Federal Labor Law) and internal regulations
- Work Climate Evaluation and Improvement
- Organizational Culture
- Internal Communication
- Occupational Safety and Well-being
- Pre-Payroll Management
- Resolution of Payroll-related Questions
- Management of Uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

- Acting as a mediator between the company and employees in problem resolution
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
