We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment processes across North America. You will be joining a global team who is passionate about bringing the best talent to Steelcase while acting as an advisor and trusted partner to the business.

What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for various roles across North America (Mexico & US)
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree on Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Advanced English is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, among other job boards.
