Reporting to the Culture and Development Manager, as Culture and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing professional development programs aimed at high-potential employees, managing the deployment of a unified organizational culture model, and leading the internal communication function.
This position aims to ensure that the company maintains a highly skilled and engaged workforce in all its locations around the world, aligned with strategic objectives, while fostering effective internal communication that strengthens the organizational culture.
Primary Responsibilities;
- Implement and assess development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees within the organization.
- Propose training and development plans that contribute to the professional and personal growth of employees based on the 70-20-10 model (70% experiential learning, 20% social learning, and 10% formal education) and aligned with Ruhrpumpen University.
- Ensure continuous follow-up and performance evaluation of participants in development programs.
- Habilitate the HRBPs in performance evaluation processes and ensure all employees complete the process in the system.
- Align global cultural model with daily practices within the organization.
- Measure and monitor employee satisfaction and engagement globally, implementing initiatives to improve culture and organizational cohesion.
- Develop content for internal communication in different channels.
- Ensure that internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or Communication.
- Minimum of 5 years in areas related to organizational development, corporate culture, or internal communication, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Previous experience in managing cultural change projects and talent development programs.
- Experience in creating and managing effective internal communication strategies.
- Good command of English
