Position : Occupational Psychologist

Our position is:

• BD- Psychology
• Experience in Automotive Companies
• English Conversational skills- fluent
• Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
• Desirable not mandatory master's in Clinical Psychology
• People management
• Soft skills: communication, empathetic
• Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto, El Marqués
• Timing availability , resilience, drive, reliable

This position will be responsible of :

In charge of develop activities focused on the emotional state of employees, through specific actions in group and individually.

1-3 year preferably in Automotive Manufacturing of Occupational Psychologist experience:

1. Manage activities for Psychosocial Risks
2. Tracking the NOM-035 comply
3. Know and diffuse information about NOM-035 Politic in workplace, to keep tracking the comply
4. Collaborate with DO department with activities that benefit the co-worker's human development
5. Offer Psychological attendance to co-worker's in plant
6. Track absentees with an individual interview, elaborate statistics and report to HR Management
7. Apply psychometric evaluations in recruitment process intern and extern
8. Realize formative and playful activities to promote the motivation and integration between work groups.
9. Report to HR Manager statistics Psychological attendance
10. Participate with induction process with:

• Department presentation
• Integration dynamics
• Motivational theme related with Company identity
