Role description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Antares Tech Services Inc. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting tasks. We are currently looking for profiles in Automation and Industrial Engineering areas. The ideal candidate should be able to assess initial knowledge in PLC programming and related fields. We are particularly interested in profiles such as mechatronics engineers, electrical engineers, electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, and/or professionals with management experience such as PM, maintenance supervisors, planners, among others.

• Strong Communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in recruiting within the technology industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
