As a QA Engineer, the primary responsibility is to interact with all facets and levels of the customer to gather requirements, test solutions, and drive value by leveraging an agile development process. This role requires an energetic attitude, creative problem solving, a passion for technology and data, excellent communication, relationship building skills, as well as flexibility in approach and design. This person will work within the Professional Services team to develop data visualizations for our clients and also deliver effective consulting sessions to the clients.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a QA Engineer, you will:

• Testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems.
• Detail oriented with debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Evaluating a product's condition and testing process to verify adherence to design standards.

• Develops reports (Power BI), workflows (Alteryx), dashboards, SQL queries, and meta-data layers to meet clients' requirements.

• Executes on requirements gathering, iterations, visualization best-practices, design, deployment, and on-going enhancements.
• Performs prototyping for demonstration and illustration to peer groups, Business partners, senior leaders and Customers.
• Understands security vulnerabilities and resolves them as they arise during development.

About You

You're a fit for the role of QA Engineer if your background includes:

• 1+ years of corporate experience analyzing complex requirements, testing, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
• Data Querying, Analysis, and Visualization skill is preferred (SQL, advanced Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Independent seeker to expand understanding of business domain, processes, data sources, and key metrics relevant to context.
