We are looking for a committed, proactive Quality Engineer with a strong improvement mindset to join our team.
?? Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with professional license (cédula).
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Own vehicle.
- Availability to work overtime and rotating 12x12 shifts.
?? Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily quality meetings and follow up on improvement projects and rectifications.
- Execute quality process improvement tasks.
- Lead Six Sigma initiatives and QCC improvement projects.
- Analyze quality data and propose corrective actions.
- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Oversee daily laboratory management.
- Handle factory inspections, customer complaints, and first batch validations.
- Support with tasks assigned by the area leader.
?? Competitive Salary: Between $15,000 and $18,000 MXN gross monthly, depending on profile and experience.
