Description
Ria's mission is to be the most progressive money transfer company in the world by offering service excellence and the most competitive and reliable remittance payment services to our customers.
As a Compliance Manager for Partner Oversight, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of the Dandelion Payout Network, and the on-boarding of Partners throughout LATAM. You will be responsible for the relationship of the partners in the region, and you be the go-to person for Business. You will provide regulatory guidance to business teams on different business models. You have experience in KYC, and you are great at balancing risk. You will have a client facing role.
Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain KYC Policies.
- Onboard Financial Institutions for Ria's send- and payout network.
- Perform ongoing Due Diligence on Ria's partners.
- Perform oversight of Ria' partners.
- Prepare and maintain Compliance Requirements Documents which are used throughout the relationship with the Partner.
- Complete a Risk Assessments an Approval Memo's for accepted sending and payout,
Partners
- Monitor regulatory updates and evolutions which might impact the partner in your Portfolio.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and status updates for senior management.
- Supporting with training and awareness activities for business and sales teams
- Be the go-to-person for business development teams.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in law, Finance or Economics.
- More than 8 years' experience in Agent/Correspondent Onboarding and Oversight.
- Experience in working in the Fintech, MSB and Banking sector.
- Good understanding how payment systems work in the region.
