Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemical Science, or a related field.
· Master degree preferred
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
· Work in an manufacturing environment is a must.
· Fluent in English
· People management
· At least 3 years in an EHS management role.
· Regulatory compliance with OSHA, local, and international environmental standards.
· Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
· Knowledge of global asset security certifications in international standards.
Knowledge:
· Hazardous waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control programs.
· Familiarity with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
· Ability to develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
Competencies:
· Analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
· Proactive approach to driving a strong safety culture.
· Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and enhance the ISO 14001, OSHA, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 system, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
· Serve as the main liaison with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
· Organize environmental training programs and maintain compliance records.
· Advise management on regulatory updates and environmental policies.
· Oversee pollution prevention and waste management strategies.
· Develop and conduct training sessions on environmental compliance.
· Collaborate on hazardous waste management strategies and spill prevention plans.
· Document activities and generate technical reports on environmental performance.
· Design and implement occupational health and safety programs for the plant.
· Represent the company before regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance and Conduct and oversee safety audits and inspections, identifying improvement areas and conduct safety drills.
· Lead incident and accident investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

· Ensure policies are current and aligned with local and international safety standards.

· EHS and surveillance budget management.
· Manage the execution of procedures, studies, work environment measurements, and legal consulting to comply with applicable Safety and Environmental regulations, detect hazards and risks to worker health, and potential impacts on the environment.
· Coordinate occupational health campaigns
