Human resources specialist with experience in recruitment and selection (preferably IT related profiles).
This position will assist in the implementation of Zoho's talent attraction strategies. This includes: managing recruitment sources, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, applying filters and more.
Skills:

- ? You have a general technical knowledge of enterprise cloud software (SaaS) applications.

- ? Collaborate in the recruitment and selection strategy of the company.

- ? Follow up on the file of new recruits.
- ? Analyze the recruitment process to look for improvements.
Job description: You will be assisting Zoho in expanding our business operations, services portafolio and value. As a business development associate you will identify and attract long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, customers and markets as well as implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations. Be our eyes and ears to make the right tweaks and decisions when required to stay compatitive in our market.
Qualifications:
2 year minimum experience in meeting targets on long-lasting technological partnerships, progressive sales and closing strategies expertise
Strong listening skills followed by good presentation skills
Ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior management and executives
Highly organized and Adaptable
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision
Compensation/Benefit
- A monthly salary based on experience. It will change based on performance and when a direct contract with biweekly pay has been offered
