Key duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from role identification to candidate placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey.
- Developing targeted strategies to attract and retain top talent tailored to specific role requirements.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and desired candidate profiles.
- Publishing vacancies on the company website and external platforms, ensuring wide visibility and candidate reach.
- Maintaining active and engaging communication with candidates, including initial contact, follow-ups, and feedback provision.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline candidate management throughout the hiring process.
- Reviewing and evaluating candidate resumes against role criteria to identify suitable applicants.
- Implementing checklists and surveys to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
- Conducting presentations to introduce candidates to the company and specific job roles.
- Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintaining a well-organized internal database of candidates, ensuring it is up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Providing candidates with clear, constructive, and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Preparing and delivering collaboration offers to selected candidates.
- Addressing and resolving candidate concerns or objections during the recruitment process.
- Creating detailed reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to inform future strategies.
- Working with the HR team and hiring managers to develop and refine overall hiring strategies.
- Promoting the company's HR brand in the labor market to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting mid to senior-level IT professionals.
- Proficiency in recruiting candidates for remote positions.
- Advanced English skills (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level) for effective communication with diverse candidates and clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Docs/Word and Google Sheets/Excel for efficient document and data management.
- Strong ability to interact with hiring managers to capture role requirements and candidate profiles accurately.
- Expertise in defining key competencies for roles and structuring the candidate qualification process.
- Strong skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers.
- In-depth experience with various candidate sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search) for effective talent acquisition.
- Competence in using digital tools and platforms for impactful job postings.
- Skilled in crafting engaging and persuasive messages for candidate outreach and communication.
- Experience in utilizing automatic communication tools for efficient candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations to candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in salary negotiation and crafting competitive offer packages.
- Ability to effectively address and resolve candidate objections during the recruitment process.
- Skills in handling and resolving conflicts that may arise during the recruitment process.
- Practical experience in managing Applicant Tracking Systems or Candidate Relationship Management tools for recruiting purposes.
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing recruitment funnels.
- Skills in analyzing recruitment funnel metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to set clear monthly hiring goals, plan weekly KPIs, and organize daily activities for maximum efficiency.
