Requirements:
+4 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Monitoring of CLM or SaaS implementations.
Experience in customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and retention.
Deep understanding of customer needs and goals.
Expertise in fostering long-term, continuous relationships with clients.
Risk detection and management.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation in tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Conga, and DocuSign.
Gather and document client requirements effectively.
Understand and analyze customer needs to offer the best possible solutions.
Track the implementation of solutions and the established KPIs.
Measure and present progress reports to clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients.
