Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection in the logistics sector (required)
• Advanced English skills (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
• Effective communication skills.
• A strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process in the logistics sector.
• Search for candidates through different channels (cold searching and headhunting).
• Oversee recruitment platforms and coordinate the internal hiring process.
• Update reports regularly.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding required profiles.
• Participate in Human Resources projects.
• Onboarding, offboarding, 1:1 meetings, reports, and document collection.

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-site
• Salary: Base salary (in USD) + recruitment and onboarding bonuses.
• Location: IZA Business Centers, Santiago de Querétaro.
