Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection in the logistics sector (required)
Advanced English skills (required).
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
Effective communication skills.
A strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment process in the logistics sector.
Search for candidates through different channels (cold searching and headhunting).
Oversee recruitment platforms and coordinate the internal hiring process.
Update reports regularly.
Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding required profiles.
Participate in Human Resources projects.
Onboarding, offboarding, 1:1 meetings, reports, and document collection.
Additional Information:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-site
Salary: Base salary (in USD) + recruitment and onboarding bonuses.
Location: IZA Business Centers, Santiago de Querétaro.
