The Plant HR Manager will involve implementing the Group's HR policies and tools, as well as providing support to management on HR-related matters. (The focus will be on KPIs due to reduce the turnover personnel indicator and organizational development strategy, so be prepared for challenging stakeholders and staff interactions).
Daily basis:
· Assisting the Top management with HR issues in alignment with business strategy.
· Being accountable for the proper management of assigned resources and adherence to the allocated budget.
· Developing and executing an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, career management, etc., at site level.
· Ensuring smooth payroll and administrative processes.
· Managing industrial relations with local employee representatives.
· Implementing Corporate HR policies and processes at the site, including “Employee Empowerment” as part of the operational strategy
· Reporting key HR information to the Division.
· Be aware of metal mechanics and welding industry trends to contribute with continuous improvement.
Must have:
· A bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR Management.
· At least 5 years of experience in an HR role within an industrial environment.
· Strong knowledge of employment law.
· Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll systems.
· An international mindset.
· Results-oriented.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Fluent in English.
