Knowledge and experience of business culture and the different business areas, such as administration, marketing, sales, processes, etc., desirable in MANUFACTURING companies.

Strategic skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Experience in attracting, selecting and retaining talent.

Mastery of assessment, training and development tools for people.

Observation and analysis skills to be able to draw up specific action plans appropriate to each company.

Empathy, communication skills and emotional intelligence, essential qualities in a profile that works with people.

Activities/Responsibilities

**Recruitment of staff

*Keeping track of staff of approximately 250 people

**Hiring / termination of staff

**Onboarding / Incorporation, integration of staff

**Assist with annual HR processes

**Compensation / benefits

**Compliance training / coaching

**Labor relations

**Staff retention

**Incident support

**Experience with unions desirable

Availability to travel approximately 1 time every 4 months to the USA and Aguascalientes.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm
