We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SAP Success Factors Junior Recruiter,
Objetive of the Role:
- This role will be responsable of implementaing the change and software testing to ensure quelity in the Applicant Tracking System from TALEO to Eighfold, so it's necessary to have a broad experience on recruitment end to end jorney for candidates by ATS
- The professional profile is required to have broad experience on recruitement end to end knowledg with SAP Success Factors, ATSs and Eightfold.
- We aim for +1 year experience professionals with advanced level of conversational english requiered since this is a Uk reporting project.
- This opportunity is a determinated term role ending on December 2026, so please be aware of it when postulating
The role will also be a Tech Pillar within our Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (TAO) Transformation Programme and contribute to the delivery of testing across the rollout of the new processes and systems. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we attract, engage, and retain talent on a global scale. The role will report into the Test Manager.
Key Requierements for the Role:
- Knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition and Service Management technologies (preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and Eightfold).
- Mandatory experiencie with SAP Success Factors and TALEO ATS
- +C1 Conversational English
- +2 year Recruitment End to End Experience or Strong Understanding of its process
- Desired Working Experience on Software Change Implementation Projects, ideally change of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Change
- Desired Software Manual and QA Testing experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in english
- Desired Understanding of agile and iterative testing methodologies with a focus on the functional / business testing execution
- Hands on approach, with strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality test preparation and execution.
