The Position
As a Business Insights Analyst for Quality & Pharmacovigilance at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Extract, integrate, and transform data from Quality and PV databases for analysis.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Design data visualizations to clearly communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
Analyze QA and PV data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Maintain KPIs and deliver reports to the LATAM QA-PV leadership team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, data analytics, or a related field.
Advanced skills in analytical and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Specialised courses or certifications in analytical tools and methodologies can be beneficial.
Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced English.
About the Department
You will join our GBS Mexico City team. Our roles focus on providing data-based insights to support business intelligence, optimise effectiveness, and predict business outcomes. We analyse data to identify trends and patterns, preparing ongoing reports and data visualisations to aid in data storytelling. Our team is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge techniques in AI and Machine Learning Sciences to generate scientific insights and drive decision-making.
