We are looking for a HR Generalist (Training) to join our team!

Where we are located:
Our facility is located in Ciénega de Flores, N.L. We also have manufacturing facilities located in Shelbyville, Indiana and Kentucky. Our Corporate Headquarters reside in Adrian, Michigan.

Manages the training and development process, he or she also provides attention to the employees, regarding any of the services provided by the Human Resources department.
His/Her main functions will be:
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Requirements:
- Advanced and fluent English
- Bachelors degree
- At least 3 year experience in manufacturing plants
- Great enthusiasm and eager to grow and develop skills
