Position: Digital Designer – Email Marketing

Farmasi is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer with experience in email marketing. This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing engaging, visually stunning digital content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging. The Digital Designer will primarily support our email marketing efforts but will also contribute to other digital design projects as needed.

English: Advanced (ESSENTIAL)

Responsibilities

·      Design and execute visually appealing email campaigns, including templates, promotional emails, and newsletters.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team (copywriter, head designer) to ensure email designs align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

·      Optimize designs for mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

·      Conduct A/B testing on email designs to improve engagement and performance.

·      Maintain and update a library of email templates for recurring use.

·      Assist in tracking and reporting on email performance metrics to inform design improvements.

·      Stay current on email marketing best practices, design trends, and new digital tools.

Qualifications:

·      5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing email marketing designs.

·      Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

·      Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design

·      Strong understanding of digital design principles, including typography, layout, and user experience.

·      Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

·      A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·      Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Similar.

Requirements:

·      Professional/Conversational English Level

·      A passion for beauty and wellness, with an understanding of how to translate brand messaging into compelling cisual content.

·      Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

·      Expected to be in-office five days a week.
