Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with more than 60 years in the market, being the leading supplier in the manufacture of poles and fittings for power transmission and distribution, lighting, telecommunications, signaling and public lighting. To continue contributing to the transformation we are looking to integrate to our team a Jr Brand Manager to be located in our offices in Zapopan, Jalisco.
Purpose of the Role:
This position is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen and position our brand in the market. The ideal candidate will manage the development of advertising and audiovisual materials and will be responsible for positioning our brand on key platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand recognition and loyalty.
· Manage the creation and production of advertising and audiovisual materials, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
· Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Facebook.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the quality and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
· Keep up to date with market trends and best practices in marketing and branding.
· Create and manage engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
· Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand reach and reputation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in branding and marketing related roles.
· Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
· Proven experience managing social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn and Facebook.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
· Knowledge of social media analysis and management tools.
· Creativity and strategic thinking skills.

Role Context:
· Face-to-Face.
· Schedule: Monday to Friday (M - F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
