The marketing department focuses on the creation of social media digital content for the firm using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Job description:

• Edit interviews, create animated intros and develop TikTok content.
• Create videos that capture the brand's essence and stand out on social media.
• Design and produce high-quality video content for various platforms such like social media, website and digital campaigns.
• Conceptualize and storyboard video projects.
• Integrate graphic design elements into videos, including animations, text overlays and branding elements.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience

Profile:

Essential Requirements:

• 100% bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation
• Strong aesthetic sense to ensure visual harmony in every project
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for complementary graphic adjustments
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
• Experience in color grading to maintain a professional and consistent look
• Creativity and storytelling skills to engage the audience
• Experience creating content for social media (Reels, TikToks)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Openness to feedback and willingness to collaborate in a team
