Position: Senior Proposal Analyst.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
· Works on all aspects of proposal development (RFP/RFI) for strategic or high-value sales opportunities
· Ability to publish a winning proposal with a compelling story for a given opportunity. Scope of responsibility includes all required responses to RFP.
· Maintains understanding of bid strategies as they evolve; develops methods for integrating and capturing final bid strategy in the proposal
· Applies proposal process, methodology and best practices
· Maintains compliance with requirements, internal controls, external regulations (e.g., procurement process), and sales methodology
· Coordinates with multiple departments, including but not limited to Marketing, IT, Contracts/Legal, Pricing, etc. to ensure the response is consistent
· Creates, manages and maintains proposal development schedule, proposal design, and executes quality control functions
· Responsible for all daily proposal management activities, including development of work plans, schedules and milestones
· Facilitates development of all written components of the proposal
· Implements processes to manage output from proposal resources specifically to RFP criteria
· Ensures proposal structure complies with RFP requirements
· Edits language provided by other members of pursuit team as needed.
· Contributes to the improvement of proposal processes and resources

- Ability to manage proposal materials from all members of pursuit team including sales, consultants, subject matter experts, solution architects, modelers, etc.
- Ability to understand customer RFP requirements and ensure they are addressed in proposal
- Command presence to ensure proposal teams remain calm and focused during stressful time constraints
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years in Commercial proposal management role with a strong track record of down-selections/wins
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Word
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and build relationships in a matrixed organization that achieves shared objectives
- APMP certification and/or involvement preferred
- Must be extremely responsive and be able to meet critical deadlines
- Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime (evenings/weekends) to meet deadlines
