We are looking for an IT Support Intern (On Site) to assist in providing software and hardware support, ensuring the proper functioning of company systems and networks. You will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, and assist with IT projects.
Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote user support, resolving basic issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
Hardware & Software Setup: Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, servers, and peripherals.
User & Data Administration: Support user management in Active Directory and assist with data administration.
Network & System Connectivity Support: Help with network connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure.
IT Project Assistance & Research: Assist with IT projects, test new systems, and research technological improvements.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Technical Skills: Understanding of network connectivity and hardware/software setup
Languages: Intermediate-advanced level of English (required).
Documentation: Valid visa and passport (required).

Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 based on skills and experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
