In this position, you will be responsible for leading and executing training and organizational development programs that promote professional growth and employee satisfaction aligned with the company's global strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administation Area or Humanities.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in same rol leading training, organizational development, and internal communication programs.
• Budget management and coordination with external providers for events.
• Deep knowledge in instructional design and platforms such as Moodle and Oracle LMS.
• Corporate experience creating the annual training plan.
• Excellent statistical and analytical skills.
• Experience in implementation and monitoring KPIs (H.C + 1500)
• Advanced Excel/Advanced Business English

Main Activities:

• Planning, designing, and implementing training and development courses that are align with the company's strategic goals.
• Design and deliver workshops, coaching and leadership development to foster a positive and healthy business culture.
• Implement and create 360° assessments and organizational climate surveys to measure and continuously improve the work environment - Statistical report.
• Design and supervise the execution and application of the Annual Training and Development Plan.
• Plan the annual budget, validating it with the Human Resources Department and the Administration and Finance Department, applying the projections and controlling the expenses incurred.
