We are looking for a bilingual Junior Technical Support Engineer for a global logistics company
Experience: Minimum 2 years in technology or infrastructure support/analysis.
- Languages: Spanish + English, and Portuguese if possible
- Scope of action: LATAM
General Activities:
• Support for office and remote users;
• Installation and maintenance of the company's infrastructure;
• Quoting with vendors for equipment and services;
• Latin American support (English and Spanish).
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in technology (still studying or completed);
• English and Spanish;
• At least 1 year of support experience (2 years preferred).
Desirable knowledge:
• Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom;
• DNS/DHCP;
• Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server;
• Android and iOS.
Office-based, Monday to Friday, in Polanco, office hours.
