Join our team as a contracting specialist! In this role, you'll manage the licensing, contracting, and onboarding process for insurance agents while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You'll be the key point of contact between agents and carriers, providing support to facilitate contract approvals, renewals, and terminations for Health, Dental, Life, Medicare, and P&C insurance.

Responsibilities:

Assist agents in obtaining, renewing, and managing state licenses and carrier appointments to ensure compliance.

Handle contract terminations, ensuring they are completed under mutually favorable conditions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent licensing, appointments, and compliance requirements.

Act as a liaison between agents and carriers, resolving inquiries and ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently.

Provide training and onboarding to newly hired agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.

Proofread, edit, and review licensing and appointment documents for accuracy and compliance.

Research and compile data related to licensing regulations and company requirements.

Develop and recommend process improvements for more efficient licensing and contracting procedures.

Respond to inquiries from actively licensed agents and ensure a smooth licensing experience.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with contracts (any industry) is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and databases).

High school diploma or GED required.

Able to type minimum 35 words per minute (minimum).
