We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and employee expense reports with accuracy
Ensure proper AP coding and compliance with accounting policies
Communicate with internal teams for correct expense allocations
Handle vendor inquiries and disputes professionally
Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
Assist with vendor onboarding, 1099 reporting, and ad hoc finance projects

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
