We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and employee expense reports with accuracy
• Ensure proper AP coding and compliance with accounting policies
• Communicate with internal teams for correct expense allocations
• Handle vendor inquiries and disputes professionally
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with vendor onboarding, 1099 reporting, and ad hoc finance projects

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
