Position: Python Developer

Location: Remote

(Candidates must have a US work Visa to get trained from Westlake, Texas (initial 4 weeks for training). After training they will build team under them. )?

Key responsibilities:

a) Validation of mobile, telecommunications, PC applications and web applications as new software and network functionality is developed in the Verizon maintenance engineering lab.

b) Testing of VoIP and video applications.

c) Troubleshoot test case failures.

d) Use different testing techniques and methodologies such as white-box, back-box, load testing, coverage testing, and regression testing.

e) Wireshark and Iris view analysis.

f) Managing and organizing network tests plans.

g) Baseline network behaviors with pre and post analysis in support of new software implementation.

h) Automated testing scripts development and validation.

i) Ability to troubleshoot test case failures.

j) Perform device end user testing to verify new functionality and stability of network.

k) Document results of testing in pre-defined format and communicate outputs.

l) Use carrier-grade network monitoring tools.

m) Evaluate and isolate differences between pre and post analysis.

n) Work with wireless telecommunications data call flows for LTE; and

o) Write automated testing scripts and analyze scripts, python, Robot Framework, etc.

Required Skills:

· 10+ Years of experience

· Strong communication in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

· Heavy Python dev, within telecom.
