IT SUPPORT
- Manage intake queue to process onboarding and/or access requests for stakeholders across the organization
- Work with IT and respective business units to understand/clarify requests when needed
- Follow SOPs to submit access requests into existing systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve any issues related to transaction processing
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of processes to align with SLAs
- Manage & prioritize multiple requests in various states of completion
- Familiar with M365 products (specifically Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Advanced English (written and spoken) – US team interaction.
