IT PROJECT MANAGER

• Proficient in using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Strong financial acumen to manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, software migration, and data integration.
• Expertise in managing organizational change and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) – US team interaction.
