En Your It Pros is looking for a Senior Developer - SharePoint Architect for direct contract with one of our most important clients in the flow control and automation sector in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
We are looking for a seasoned SharePoint Architect to join our team.
Your role will encompass designing, deploying, and managing SharePoint infrastructure to best serve our company's needs.
As a SharePoint Architect, your responsibilities include understanding the company's requirements, creating SharePoint architectural designs, maintaining the SharePoint infrastructure, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SharePoint's capabilities, stays up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field, and has a track record of designing and managing successful SharePoint environments.
In addition, this role will require strong communication skills and involve engaging with global business units to understand their existing use of SharePoint sites and identify opportunities to define a globally inclusive SharePoint intranet that meets diverse needs and optimizes visibility and collaboration across regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Advanced Conversational English
- 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint, with at least 2 years in an architectural or leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, REST API, and other SharePoint development tools.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, content management, permissions, and security models.
- Strong knowledge of managed metadata, content types, workflow automation, SharePoint search, and document management.
- Strong experience in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 compliance and governance.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, and PowerShell for SharePoint administration and automation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-level architectural decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- Experience in integrating SharePoint with third-party applications and custom APIs.

- Experience with SharePoint modern designs, templates, theme creation and maintenance and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint Online.
- Experience in Power BI and reporting solutions for SharePoint data.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design:
- Lead the design and implementation of SharePoint Online, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint architecture, including all associated hardware and software.
- Ensure SharePoint systems are secure, reliable, and run efficiently.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SharePoint-based solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the user community.
- Customization & Development: Work with custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- User Experience & Adoption: Design SharePoint solutions with a focus on usability to meet business needs and drive user adoption.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure high-quality performance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor SharePoint environment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Administration:ocument libraries, and lists, assign and manage user permissions, perform routine maintenance, apply updates, and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans
- Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint procedures and structures.
