Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for ensuring a healthy work environment by being in contact with employees, identifying possible risks and appropriately addressing all concerns and processes of operational and administrative Collaborators, ensuring legal compliance with applicable Mexican Laws and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Definition and implementation of the Employee strategy to assure compliance with labor current law and updates.
- Deploy and follow up to the compliance with the company's ethical standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to conflict of interest, confidentiality/privacy, fraud, appropriate use of corporate assets and interpersonal conduct in the workplace.
- Ensure Labor Legal Compliance.
- Responsible for labor legal processes in consultation with corporate Legal and outside local counsel (as applicable).
- Personnel administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Fluent in english.
- 7 years of Experience in Employee Relations.
- Highly skilled in conducting workplace investigation
- 2 years in coordinating personnel in charge.
- Experience working in manufacturing environment.
- Management of labor problems.
- Experience with RIT and CCT defnition, Matrix of Progressive Disciplines.
- Experience in union negotiations.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and/or applicable to the worker.
