Responsibilities:

• Identify the processes that are part of the Quality Management System and determine their interactions based on information from our processes, products and services.
• Identify with the people in charge the risks and opportunities of the Quality Management System.
• Collaborate in the development of operating procedures to control the relevant aspects of production activities or the provision of services, interacting with all departments involved to have the information in a timely manner and according to the work program.
• Follow up the Management System through Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
• Act as Lead Auditor in the Internal Audit Processes.
• Ensure the correct Mapping and Structure of the Quality Management System.
• Approve the base documents of the Quality Management System.
• Directly supervise the Quality Management System as a whole, support those responsible for the processes in the development of their functions and coordinate all actions that allow the normal operation of the QMS. Participate during the certification and re-certification process with the personnel involved (Quality Manager/Continuous Improvement and Internal Auditors) through meetings to share information, progress and any updates inherent to the Process.
• Train the personnel involved through informative meetings so that they are aware of the scope and requirements of our quality management system.
• Update the information of the Processes in case there are new requirements or changes in the standard.
• Control of external documents and procedures, through the information provided by the different areas of the company in order to standardize all documents.
• Act as support to the Quality Engineer according to the needs of the operation (in Process Management, Product or Supplier Quality) to solve or manage the quality in the Production lines.

Main Functions:

• Control calibrations and verifications of monitoring and measuring equipment.
• Plan, Organize, Execute and Control Internal Audits of ISO9001 Quality System (Latest Version).
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting (8Ds / Customer Complaints / Int/Ext Audit Actions)
• Validate/Verify the adequacy of the Documented Quality System against the latest version of the ISO9001 standard.

• Conversational English
• Internal Auditor and ISO9001 Leader
• IATF Internal Auditor
• IATF and automotive 5 years
