Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience working on the US market. Our offices are in California, Canada, India and Mexico.
Currently, we are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently.
Hiring - Freelancer (invoicing is mandatory)
Work schedule - Mon - Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST and 30 min to 1 hour on Saturday and Sunday (Flexible schedule) (42 hours per week)
Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Must have very good and clear English skills (oral and written)
Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday for 30 minutes to 1 hour per day (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
Must have 1+ years of experience in E-commerce platform knowledge specialization
Nice to have knowledge in Amazon Seller Central experience
