The Trademarketing Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting, helping to synchronize our category strategies to increase demand through Commercial Marketing Strategies, In-Store Promoters, and Buyer Events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed Bachelor's degree (degree desirable) in economic/administrative/financial/commercial areas: Marketing, Administration, Business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trademarketing and commercial sector.
- Experience in group management.
- Conversational English - B2 level desirable (Test will be conducted).
- Availability to commute to our offices in Coyoacan or Polanco.
- Google Apps and Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced, advanced Excel.
- Intrapersonal skills: proactivity, responsibility, creativity, effective communication.

- Base salary starting from $15,000 mxn, paid biweekly.

ACTIVITIES:
- Communicate the month's values, policies, and objectives to the promotion team.
- Generate marketing and sales strategies for the staff.
- Develop a network of contacts throughout the organization to influence all decision points, enhance understanding, and increase data access: In-Store Promoters, Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Control, Distribution, and Transportation.
- Monthly KPI evaluations.
- Monthly and weekly reports and presentations.
- Review daily commercial performance and customer service, track weekly sales, and prepare monthly variance reports vs. plan.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback on recommended actions to the Client Manager and Field Sales Manager.
