Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with B2B suppliers and distributors to secure exclusive contracts for Jules's e-commerce brand management services.
Research and identify high-quality brands that align with Jules's offerings.
Manage a long sales cycle (3-6 months) by strategically prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
Close deals that result in significant purchase order value, generating high commissions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience: A proven track record of success in relationship-based B2B sales is essential.
Patience with long sales cycles: You understand the time investment required to build trust and close deals within a B2B environment.
Motivation by commission: You thrive in a performance-driven environment where your hard work translates directly into high earnings.
Familiarity with US business culture: Experience navigating and understanding American business practices is preferred.
Compensation:
Base Salary: The starting base salary is $7-8/hour for the first 3 months, transitioning to $10-15/hour after the initial training period.
Commissions: Earn significant commissions based on the purchase order value of secured accounts. Commissions are expected to outpace base salary as established accounts grow.
