Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead and implement Salesforce solutions. This role involves developing, testing, and supporting Salesforce projects to ensure they meet business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and design effective solutions.
• Develop custom Salesforce configurations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure the system runs efficiently with regular performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience (development, testing, and support).
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
