As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to staying close to our customers, we are taking a strategic step by opening a new store in Saltillo. This new location will allow us to establish a direct presence in the market and offer a more personalized and hands-on experience that reflects the values that define us.
We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager, a key role in this new chapter. This opportunity will allow you to develop essential skills, gain confidence, and grow your leadership abilities with a clear path toward becoming a Store Manager at Blinds To Go. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn our business model by directly serving customers
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Build leadership and management skills through hands-on experience in the BTG business
Qualifications:
Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally in customer satisfaction–driven environments
Strong coaching, leadership, and team management abilities, preferably in retail settings
High level of energy, motivation, and a hands-on approach
Bachelor's degree
Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
