SBCX Collections- Customer Service Agent
Collections-Customer Service Agent: SANTA FE, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO
Purpose:
This position requires a customer-focused individual to manage accounts within the 0-30-day delinquency range.
Key responsibilities include Resolving customer service inquiries and addressing account concerns.
Collecting payments and implementing effective payment solutions.
Managing inbound and outbound call volume with a focus on servicing Truck accounts.
Building strong customer relationships through consultative interactions and value-added services.
Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments.
Duties:
Fielding calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the United States and providing agile, efficient, and caring service to solve their concerns or provide a clear guidance as to the status of their accounts.
Making outbound calls to Daimler Truck small business customers who have reached the early-delinquency bucket, to assess the reason for the lack of payment and help them achieve a solution that allows them to regularize their delinquency situation.
Perform skip tracing to locate clients and/or collateral by obtaining contact information as well as address for delinquent customers through authorized means.
Profile:
Scolarship Bachelor's Degree
Languages English (100%) C1-C2 Full proficiency
Work Experience 1 year of customer facing phone experience in collections field.
Hard Skills Excel (basic to intermediate)
Labor Skills: Negotiation and persuation
Active Listening
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Collections Leadership, agents, and business System Owners.
