Requirements:
1 years of experience providing technical support to Level 2 and Level 3 users.
Offer on-site, phone, and chat support.
Resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely solutions.
Document and track technical problems and solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
English proficient (must)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance, detection, and troubleshooting of computer equipment, mobile devices, and applications.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Linux and macOS.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Office (preferably 365).
Installation of printers/troubleshooting laser and thermal issues.
Knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, user creation, privilege assignment, group creation and assignment).
Understanding of networks and diagnostics in TCP/IP protocol.
User support via ticketing system.
Management of IT inventory and assets.
