We are looking for SAP BASIS for important HealthCare company. Open in Mexico City, Queretaro, Monterrey or Guadalajara

• Good Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules.
• Incident handling and troubleshooting
• RCA Analyst / ZOR / Root Cause Analysis
• Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions.
• Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support priority tickets
• Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentation
• Usage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager – CHARM.
• Supporting SAP Net Weaver ECC, BW/BI, SRM, GRC, Portal and Solution Manager on a HANA Database.
• Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions.
