Description:

• Develop, identify, and qualify new business development opportunities through strategic prospect planning, which includes leads generated by the lead generation team and leads generated through their own efforts.
• Weekly face to face sales calls with customers and prospects.
• Coordinate development of client solutions with the enterprise solution design team, and the line of business owners.
• Develop, write, and present the value proposition for Schneider services to potential new business customers and existing customers
• Prepare and lead contract negotiations for new business and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the line of business owner and business implementation team for implementation of the client solution.
• Ensure timely and account facilitation between the Sales and Customer Service functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Business, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
