Core Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition's recruiting process
• Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
• Support Operations Team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, database management)
• Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews
• Assist with candidate tracking
• Assist with special TA projects
• Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
• Assist IGS HR Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience

Qualified candidates will have:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Business/Administration, Psychology.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
• High level of integrity with regards to the confidential nature of the position
• B1 level of English proficiency or higher and studying
